About throwing a party for taking a bath

SPEED is SUBJECTIVE. We each have our OWN PACE that aligns with our values, circumstances, and inner essence. It’s time to honor and embrace the diverse rhythms of life, recognizing that what matters most is finding our own authentic flow

Life for me has often resembled a relentless marathon, with never-ending pressure, comparisons, evaluations, and the pursuit of victories. It seemed like there was no escape from the race. But then, I stumbled upon a game-changing discovery—I found a new perspective on life by simply changing my pace and rhythm.

In a world that idealizes speed, productivity, and constant achievements, it's easy to get caught up in the frenzy. We measure our worth based on promotions, graduations, and titles, as if life is a never-ending competition. But here is what I came to realize:

Who says you must only sprint to the finish line to reach your destination? Can it also involve slowing down, savoring the moment, and embracing your surroundings to help you arrive right on time? It might sound crazy, but it's a delightful possibility worth considering!

Think about it: you probably threw a celebration for your last promotion. But why not throw a grand party for something equally significant? Taking a break, respecting your own boundary, or saying “no” to overwhelm and taking a bath instead - these are equally remarkable milestones that symbolize your courage, self-awareness, and personal growth in the most unexpected ways.

Let me share this: the concept of SPEED is SUBJECTIVE. We each have our OWN PACE that aligns with our values, circumstances, and inner essence. It's time to honor and embrace the diverse rhythms of life, recognizing that what matters most is finding our own authentic flow.

What's the epic milestone you want to throw a party for this week?
